Do I need to call or schedule a consultation?
No. Standard packages, personalization, proof approval, payment, pickup, delivery, and shipping choices are completed online.
Can you save my logo and card message?
Yes. Logged-in customers can create multiple saved agent profiles and reusable gift templates.
Where does my branding appear?
The default placement is on the card and removable packaging. Small product branding is optional only where the selected package allows it.
How quickly are orders completed?
Standard production is normally 3–5 business days after payment and final ProofApprove approval. House portraits and sourced premium items may require 5–7 business days. Shipping time is additional.
Can I use the REALTOR® logo?
Only when you are authorized to use the mark and supply an approved asset together with the member or firm name. The collection does not use REALTOR® as a generic name for real estate professionals.
